Founded in 2005, TULIP New Life, a not-for-profit organization, functions with a mission that dares to care for the marginalized population in Chennai city of South India.

The TULIP New Life  envisions a society where individuals with a history of substance abuse, individuals in instauration, and individuals in jeopardy for these quandaries are valued and treated with dignity and where stigma, accompanying postures, discrimination, and other barriers to instauration are eliminated.

A mission with the objective to rehabilitate drug-addicts and alcoholics in the slums of India…….2005
